Due to a dispute about the Keller decision, which suppressed breath tests or BAC results, the Kitsap County prosecutor decided to charge DUI cases in Superior Court and delay criminally charging many of the people who were arrested or investigated for DUI in the last three weeks. This means you will only know if you are criminally charged and when your court date is if you receive a summons.
